Transport Museum Host ECW 30th Anniversary Weekend

On Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th July, the East Anglian Transport Museum will be commemorating the thirtieth anniversary of the closure of the Eastern Coach Works factory in Lowestoft by hosting a selection of ECW vehicles from all over the country.

"There will be a free park & ride service, and bus services to Lowestoft and Beccles as well as other excursions; together with the BBQ in the park it will make this a worthy summer event to visit for bus enthusiasts and families alike." - EATM website

I am personally hoping to attend the event and will endeavour to post a write-up for the blog afterwards. More information about the event can be found on the EATM website or by phoning 01502 518459.

About Sam Larke

Norwich Buses Blog was founded in December 2013 by Sam Larke after he left another popular blog, Norwich Bus Page. Since it's launch, the site has grown dramatically, especially whilst written solely by Kieran Smith during 2015. The blog is now in it's third year and we look forward to more success and growth in the future. If you think you'd make a good writer for Norwich Buses Blog, please do get in touch via email:
