|One of the latest additions to Dolphin's expanding fleet.|
Whilst this may be not be of interest to some readers, something I haven't seen on any of the other bus blogs in our area lately is fleet updates from Norwich based Dolphin Executive Travel.
The coach operator has recently invested in a number of Bova Futura coaches to operate the extra school contracts it has won in September, many of which were previously provided by Chenery, which ceased trading a few weeks ago.
The company acquired it's first five Bova Futura coaches from Peoplemovers, in around 2012. All are Mk3 examples and are registered FRZ1508/9, FRZ2052/4 and 16LRC - the latter has been only recently re-registered from YJ03GYA. Earlier this spring, it acquired it's first Mk2 Futura, this being S57TNA. In recent weeks, I have noted FRZ9607, N864DJW, M803WKW, and, just last week, N709CYC. After numerous depot visits, and hours trawling through Flickr, I have been able to compile a Dolphin Travel fleet list, which is available to view, download and print here.
