45119 is now at Lowestoft on a permanent basis (Syd Eade)
What an incredibly quiet week. Little has gone in Norwich other than a small handful of rare workings, most of which are nothing too far out of the ordinary.

All has settled down at First Norwich for now. Syd Eade has sent in this photograph of First Lowestoft Alexander Dennis Enviro200 45119 RT09JPT, which was transferred from Norwich last weekend. The bus has gained Lowestoft fleetnames, but has yet to have its Norwich Network Purple Line branding stripped.

Meanwhile in Lowestoft, a recent arrival is Alexander Dennis Pointer Dart 42943 WA56OAS from First Devon and Cornwall - whilst earlier Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Dart 43466 R466CAH is now withdrawn. It was the final remaining original Plaxton Pointer bodied Dennis Dart left operating at First Eastern Counties, having been delivered new for Park and Ride work at Norwich in 1998.

On the services side of things, the Sunday Park and Ride service on the 501 begun this morning and the revised X1 and X2 timetables come into place tomorrow, including the new X22. At Norwich, the new 39A for Hall Road ASDA will also commence.

Now a quick apology, we're a day out of sync with the Norwich Buses Blog Advent Calender - so we will skip day five, and head straight to day six this afternoon!
