Stagecoach in Norfolk Fleet Update

Freshly painted 27642 GX10HBU in Norwich this morning
Passing through Norwich today I managed this hurried photograph of the latest repaint as part of the scheme to rid of Norfolk Green name in favour of the nationalised Stagecoach name.

Alexander Dennis Enviro300 27642 GX10HBU is the latest vehicle repainted which returned just a very short while ago. Interestingly, according to my many notes, 27642 entered service one year ago this Wednesday on the X29 following transfer from Stagecoach South East.

The recent transfer of a number of Alexander Dennis Trident ALX400s for Stagecoach Cambridge has lead to a five Optare Spectra bodied DAF DB250s to be placed in reserve, leaving just 13986-13989 in daily active service.
