Throwback Thursday - More from Riverside Park and Ride

Eastern Counties MB725 at Riverside Park and Ride (Syd Eade)
Following on from this week's Tuesday Time Tunnel, regular contributor Syd Eade has been in touch with more information.

Syd reports "To add to the Tuesday Time Tunnel post, the Riverside Park and Ride started with a Merc minibus. Route branded by way of sticking a printed poster over the destination blind, MB752 spent many happy months trundling up and down." MB752 C752BEX was a B20F seated Reeve Burgess bodied Mercedes Benz L608D, delivered new to Eastern Counties in May 1986 for use on Cityline branded routes.

Note in the background the pair of vehicles from Eniway Coaches, previously based in Saham Toney. The former depot became the founding location of Konectbus in the late 1990s.
