32479 arrives in Norwich

32479 on arrival at Vulcan Road depot today (Joe Thorpe)
First Ipswich heritage liveried 32479 AU53HJV was delivered to First Norwich's Vulcan Depot today by employee and friend of the blog Joe Thorpe.

32479, or VA479 as its mock fleet number reads, is on loan for approximately two weeks to allow another bus to be freed up to operate Bernard Matthews services from Great Witchingham Plant; for which the demand increased from this coming week.

The bus will see use on Norwich Network services imminently, so expect photographic updates soon!

About Kieran Smith

Norwich Buses Blog was founded in December 2013 by Sam Larke after he left another popular blog, Norwich Bus Page. Since it's launch, the site has grown dramatically, especially whilst written solely by Kieran Smith during 2015. The blog is now in it's third year and we look forward to more success and growth in the future.
