Konectbus Fleet Update

Three withdrawn Konectbus vehicles stored in the overflow yard
The latest round up of fleet news and changes from local Go-Ahead owned operator Konectbus is as follows.

Norfolk Coaster Northern Counties Palatine bodied Volvo Olympian 50 R739XRV is now withdrawn and will be sold. Keeping it company in the corner of the overflow yard are Mercedes Benz Citaro artics 801 BD57WCY and 803 BL57OXM, also both now withdrawn. Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TL 512 LB02YXA is off the road awaiting engine replacement.

The sole remaining Optare Excel in the fleet, 219 W219PRB, is still on the road; however, is next in line for withdrawal.

Optare Tempo 412 YJ09MHY has had its 'Seaside Special' rare branding advert removed following news of the withdrawal of services 2 and 2A from November. 401 MX05EKY is at Full Circle, Banham, for bodywork repairs and 406 MX06YXU has been sighted by Jim Long (via East Anglia Buses Yahoo Group) at Rands of Great Blakenham. It is presumed it is here for mechanical work.
