A day of very rare allocations

608 SN61CZY was in use on the Park and Ride today.
Today sure was a day to be in the City Centre for the rare allocation spotters! There were some very bizarre workings going on throughout the day, as summed up below.

On the new Norwich Park and Ride services, operated by Konectbus, 2 and 2A branded Alexander Dennis Enviro400 608 SN61CZY was allocated to the 502 (Sprowston-Harford). This was joined by standard liveried 604 SN10CEX and Wright Pulsar Gemini bodied VDL DB250LF 501 YJ05PXB.

At First, "Jersey Dart" EG52FFK escaped the clutches of Roundtree Way depot - where it is now found awaiting transfer - for a morning on the 27. This was later swapped onto the Green Line 14 and 14A, and as far as myself and contributor Dan High could see was not replaced, therefore leading to no more 27 journeys running. Alexander Dennis Enviro200 45116 VT09JPT was allocated to the 11 and 11A, usually worked by double deckers, and likewise sister 45117 ST58JPT was allocated to the 23 and 23A.

On a separate note, with thanks to Cameron Robinson, 66327 MV02VBB is leaving First Norwich tomorrow for transfer to Bristol.
