Coach Services Latest and registration of first Park and Ride Enviro400 revealed

X589EGK has moved from Coach Services to Awayadays, among
a number of fleet changes at the Thetford-based operator.
Rob Crawford, Transport Manager at Coach Services, has been in touch with the latest news from the Thetford-based operator.

Jonckheere Mistral bodied Volvo B12M SG03VEY has left the fleet, whilst Optare M920 Solo MW52PYU has been delicenced and is now being used a source of spares.

Coming into the fleet is NB06VGB, a VanHool T9 Alizee bodied Volvo B12B formerly with Barnards - acquired via Arriva Bus and Coach Sales.

Rob also adds that the Plaxton President bodied Volvo B7TL acquired from Coach Services by Awayadays to become the new Norwich City Sightseeing open top tour bus is X589EGK, not X547EGK as originally expected. The latter was sold to Miller Brothers of Foxton a couple of months ago.

On an entirely separate note, and as revealed on our social media yesterday, the registration of the first Konectbus Alexander Dennis Enviro400 for the Norwich Park and Ride services is SN65OAA. It has been sighted on what is thought to be delivery, thought reports suggest that they are - for reasons unknown - heading to Harlow before Norfolk.
