Big changes at First Norwich from September 20th

Changes to the Pink Line include the withdrawal of buses through
Cozens Hardy Road.
An article on the First Norwich news pages today reveals a series of considerably big changes to the Norwich Network from September 20th.

On the Pink Line 11/11A, services to Cozens Hardy Road are withdrawn. Combined with a much changed service 12, passengers will benefit from a 10 minute frequency along Wroxham Road to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. (Please note here that the extension of the 12 to Hospital is currently a bit misty, I cannot get a straight answer from the Twitter team who have said the that the timetable is currently being finalised and they will alert me then.)

The 12 itself will be changed extensively, and the 12A withdrawn entirely. As mentioned in a report yesterday, service between Stalham and Wroxham is withdrawn. Between Norwich and Wroxham, direct via the A1151, service is increased and extended to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.

The 14 and 14A (Green Line) is withdrawn between Dussindale, Rackheath, Salhouse and Wroxham - leaving it up the 12 between Norwich and Wroxham, with a stop by Rackheath Industrial Estate being the nearest stop to the village unless passengers choose to move to the Konectbus 53.

The Green Line is vastly affected by big changes to the Norwich
Network from September 20th.
In Wymondham, the 14/14A/15/15A will no longer operate through Silfield, Harts Farm and North Wymondham. Norfolk County Council are currently in discussions with other operators over whether or not it would be viable to provide a similar service.

The 25 and 26 (Blue Line) will revert back to a University Term Time timetable, operating to a 7-10 minute frequency. All super-late journeys past midnight are cancelled, brining and end to Norwich's only 24 hour service. A number of early morning Saturday journeys are withdrawn, I believe service will now being at around 07:00. The unbranded 27 will not operate past 15:10 on a Monday to Friday, however, will operate up until 16:10 on a Saturday.

On the Purple Line, the 18:10 and 18:35 departures from Norwich on the 35 to Long Stratton are both withdrawn. These are replaced by a new 18:15 departure. The 36 will see minor timetable changes to improve punctuality. Sunday only service 39A from Lakenham to Norwich is withdrawn with no replacement.

Services on the Orange, Turquoise, Red and Yellow Lines will remain as they are currently. Among the above changes, there will be minor timetable amendments to make services more reliable.
