What's where?: Buses away for repaint, buses on loan and buses out for refurbishment

A month or so ago I published a similar post which became highly commended and appeared to be really useful for many. As a result, I have decided to make it a near enough monthly subject and sum up what is currently out of the area for various work.

First Norwich
  • 33167 LR02LYF and 32203 LT52WTJ are both at Rotherham works for internal refurbishment. Both have already been repainted into the new Norwich Network styles, however, will have their coloured rear ends painted over.
  • 33152 LR02LXL is at Rotherham works for repaint into Purple Line livery and interior refurbishment. I am expecting this to be back within a couple of weeks.
  • 32201 LT52WTF, which was on loan to Great Yarmouth over summer, has been sent to Rotherham for repaint into Purple Line livery and interior refurbishment.
First Great Yarmouth & Lowestoft
  • 30888 W743DWX is at Rotherham works for repaint into Lowestoft Corporation heritage livery and DDA compliant conversion. 
  • The DDA conversions and repaint from Great Yarmouth depot finished on Wednesday with the return of  32062 W422SRP. As a result, paint float 60622 R785WKW has now moved to Norwich, joining 60618 R781WKW and 33126 LT02NVO
  • 66112 R912BOU remains at Lowestoft from Rotherham whilst the final DDA conversions take place.
First Ipswich
Following transfer on Wednesday 60622 entered service yesterday,

  • 20514 WV02EUP remains at Rotherham for an interior refurbishment.
  • All service vehicles are now running in Sanders livery following the repaint of 313 YN03UVM and 321 YN08HXZ.
  • 115 YR10BBO remains off the road at North Walsham depot with fire damage.
Stagecoach Norfolk
  • Optare Tempo 25122 YJ56ATV and Optare Solos 47895 MX55BXO have both returned refurbished and in Stagecoach livery.
  • 25130 YN58FXH is at Bedford for repaint and refurbishment, I am expecting this one to be back at King's Lynn imminently.
  • In storage at King's Lynn awaiting entry into service are brand new Optare Solos 48021 YJ15AAZ, 48022 YJ15ANP, 48023 YJ15ANR and 48024 YJ15AUN and 48025 YJ15ANP.
