First public outing for Great Yarmouth Swift 85

Swift 85 beside two American classics on Great Yarmouth seafront
earlier today (Jamie Skinner)
As I am absolutely certain readers have latched onto by now, Chris Speed and Danny Beales have recently acquired Great Yarmouth Swift 85 WEX685M. It is stored back at its original home in the warmth and shelter of the historical Caister Road bus depot.

Regular contributor Jamie Skinner sent in this photo this morning from 85's first ever official public outing since it was acquired by the Great Yarmouth duo. Jamie helps organise the East Coast Pirates Car Club display at Great Yarmouth seafront, which 85 is seen paying a visit to in prime position infront of Britannia Pier. I believe 85 is set to depart at around four o'clock this afternoon, so there's still time to grab a first photo of it.

For those interested you can keep up to date with news and outings from 85  her dedicated Facebook and Twitter pages. Thanks go to Jamie for sending in his photo, as I was already booked at the EATM 50th Anniversary event - more from that soon!
