L111ANT is seen here in Norwich Bus Station
This week's Oddball Wednesday is again of local interest, being operated by now defunct operator Neaves.

L111ANT is a rare Robin Hood Millennium bodied Mercedes Benz O814D Vario, as the name suggests built in the year 2000. The registration plate comes from Anthony's Travel - based in Runcorn.

Following many years service with Neaves, it passed to Sanders with the buyout in April 2014 where other than Neaves fleetnames being stripped little much happened; I also believe it was never used with Sanders. In September 2014, I reported that L111ANT had left Sanders and moved to Colchester based Tony Glew Coaches.

In the photo to the right, L111ANT is seen making an unusual appearance on an early evening working of previous service 36 - in place of the usual Optare Solo, Wright Cadet bodied DAF SB120 or Plaxton Beaver bodied Mercedes Benz 811D.
