on Monday 15th June
Issue 2206 of the latest Notices and Proceedings Document contains a small handful of articles relevant to Norwich and the surrounding areas.

Stagecoach Norfolk (previously Norfolk Green) has had their registration granted under short notice to begin operating new service CWA1 between Wisbech and the College of West Anglia in King's Lynn from Monday 1st June.

West Norfolk Community Transport have applied to make variations to their Swaffham Flyer service and one of their rural minibus services in the Downham Market Area.

Semmence Coaches, based in Wymondham, are to attend a public inquiry in Cambridge on Monday 15th June. A consideration of disciplinary action will take place under Section 17 of the Public Passenger Vehicle Act of 1981, which states that the traffic commissioners may revoke, suspend, reduce or amend any area of a licence if the holders do satisfy the requirement to be of good repute, the requirement to be of appropriate financial standing or the requirement as to professional competence.  This is to be heard alongside Section 28 of the Transport Act of 1985, which states following revocation of a licence, a period of disqualification to re-apply can follow.
