First 20514 visits Norwich and more First news

Ipswich based 20514 seen parked in Roundtree Way depot today
Thanks to a tip off from a member of staff at First's Ipswich depot, I was able to head and photograph a coach which has been centre of Ipswich's enthusiast cameras recently.

Visiting Norwich was newly repainted Plaxton Paragon bodied Volvo B12M 20514 WV02EUP. "Why?" I hear you ask: It was paying a visit to Roundtree Way engineering depot to be viewed by a gentlemen from Rotherham Paint Shop to discuss the specification of an interior refurbishment for the vehicle. Sister 20515 WV02EUR is to be given a repaint eventually, however, it is currently very busy being employed on Bernard Matthews contracts from the Norwich depot.

No other than Mr Chris Speed appeared from the coach and during a very quick chat informed me that a third bus from the Norwich fleet is currently being fitted with a digital tachograph ahead of First sending twelve coaches to transport Norwich City fans to Wembley Stadium on Monday, as subcontracted by Sanders.

In other First news, Norwich based Alexander Dennis Pointer Dart 42921 EU05AUN has had its rear end advert for Great Yarmouth College removed.
